The government is to present its policies and prorgammes in the parliament on Thursday, a day after the budget session starts.
President Dr Ram Baran Yadav will read out the government's policy document in the House, speaker Subas Nemwang told reporters at his office. The Office of the President in a letter asked the CA Secretariat to start the budget session from 3 am Wednesday.
Finance Minister Surendra Pandey is scheduled to present the budget of the new fiscal year on Saturday (July 11).
