In my last article (Linguistic Federalism, July 1), I made a case for linguistic federalism, explained the problems with north-south demarcation (similar to the existing five development regions) and pointed out that One Madhes, One Pradesh is a flawed concept. I would like to explain in much detail why the notion of One Madhes, One Pradesh maybe of concern.
