Case modification is the modification of a personal computer chassis. Modding a computer-case in any non-standard way is considered a mod. Some people, primarily hardware enthusiasts, use case mods to explain a pc's power, and for aesthetic purposes. Modded pcs may be sometimes encountered at gamer competitions where their users display them. Modding is also about creativity and showing what you are capable of, several case mods are creasted around a motif.
